Yehuda Newman

 

  Over the course of his successful career, Mr. Newman has sourced, underwritten, and reviewed billions of dollars of commercial real estate opportunities.

 

Starting out in a NYC Family Office with over $1B in AUM, he has extensive experience personally inspecting hundreds of assets across dozens of markets nationwide, and has worked across the Multifamily, Industrial, and Office sectors.

More recently, he played a key role at a mid-sized private equity fund, serving for many years on the Investment Committee, and assisting in deploying well over $300M in equity. While there, Mr. Newman honed the ability to identify and evaluate investments with compelling risk-adjusted returns, helping investors prudently and profitably deploy capital.

A core principle is the firm belief that each investor should be entitled to a clear and full picture of the investments that they wish to place their hard-earned capital to work in. Mr. Newman has founded Sentinel Peal with the mission of protecting and growing the  assets of each of his clients with purely objective and unbiased viewpoint.
